About this file
This federal contract opportunity solicitation seeks proposals for a modernized Receiver Transmitter to replace existing Combat Network Radios. Offerors must provide their CAGE code, DoD contract number, or Joint Certification Program number to receive controlled documents including the statement of work, life cycle sustainment plan, and programmatic schedule. Proposals are due by 1700 Eastern Time on 5 July 2021.
The solicitation contains exhibits outlining requirements for contract reporting, engineering documentation, hardware, software, security, logistics, sustainment, and training. Deliverables include assembly build lists, configuration management plans, software documentation, test plans and reports, training materials, and life cycle sustainment services. The U.S. Army Contracting Command will evaluate proposals per the instructions in Section M and make award to a single contractor responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, fielding, and sustaining the replacement radios over fifteen years.
