About this file
This federal solicitation seeks proposals for a modernized Combat Net Radio receiver transmitter to replace existing radios. Key requirements include engineering documentation, hardware, software, security, logistics, sustainment, and training deliverables. Proposed products must meet specifications in the Performance Requirements Document and comply with statements of work. Proposals are due by July 2021 with contract award anticipated by early 2022. The soliciting agency is the Department of the Army seeking this equipment on behalf of Program Executive Office Command Control Communications-Tactical and Project Manager Tactical Radios. The incumbent contractor provides the legacy equipment being replaced. Offerors must be eligible DoD contractors to receive controlled and export-controlled solicitation attachments due to critical technology and limited dissemination restrictions.
