About this file

The document is an Exhibit F MacBride Principals Form for a state and local contract opportunity in New Jersey, specifically related to the EdgeMarket Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) Request for Proposal. The form requires vendors/bidders to certify their compliance with the MacBride Principals and Northern Ireland Act of 1989, which involves non-discrimination in employment practices. Vendors must either confirm they have no business operations in Northern Ireland or commit to conducting business operations in accordance with non-discrimination principles.

The form is a legal certification that requires the vendor to acknowledge potential consequences for false statements, including criminal prosecution and contract voiding. The vendor must check one of two boxes indicating their status regarding business operations in Northern Ireland and sign the document, affirming the truthfulness of their statements. This certification is part of the bidding process for the UCaaS RFP, which seeks a cloud-based communication solution integrating voice, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools for EdgeMarket members and participants across multiple campuses and remote work environments.
