About this file

This is an Exhibit D document outlining Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service requirements for the State of Colorado. The State of Colorado, through its Office of Information Technology (OIT) and various State Agencies, seeks DSL or equivalent service offerings to provide low-cost connectivity solutions to small offices and home offices throughout the state. The primary requirement is that 5 Megabit DSL service or equivalent must be available across all areas of Colorado, with the option for symmetric bandwidth capabilities for both download and upload speeds. The service offering must include leased DSL modem/router equipment or equivalent alternatives, Internet Service Provider capabilities, and blocks of public IP addresses where needed. Additional requirements include on-site replacement services and customer support capabilities.

The service should incorporate support for both client and site-to-site Virtual Private Network (VPN) functionality and must maintain a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year support desk with direct customer access. The document does not specify pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent contractor information, contract duration, renewal options, or funding amounts and sources. No response dates, due dates, site visit requirements, bidders' conference details, or award dates are identified in this exhibit.
