About this file

This is an Exhibit D document from the State of Colorado outlining Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service requirements. The State of Colorado, through its Office of Information Technology (OIT) and State Agencies, seeks DSL or equivalent internet service offerings to provide low-cost solutions for small offices and home offices throughout the state. The primary service requirement is 5 Megabit DSL service or equivalent offerings with availability across all areas of Colorado. The service must include options for symmetric bandwidth supporting both download and upload capabilities, leased DSL modem/router equipment or equivalent alternatives, and public IP address blocks where needed. Additional requirements include on-site replacement capabilities and customer support services.

The service should incorporate support for both client and site-to-site Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and provide a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year support desk capable of working directly with State customers. The document does not specify pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, funding sources, or amounts. No response dates, due dates, bid meetings, site visits, or award dates are indicated in this exhibit. The focus remains on establishing standardized, cost-effective service offerings available statewide to meet the operational needs of State agencies and office locations throughout Colorado.
