About this file
This is an exhibit document detailing conferencing and collaboration services requirements for the State of Colorado, specifically prepared by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) in coordination with State Agencies. The State seeks an enterprise-level audio and web conferencing collaboration tool that enables desktop and application sharing, remote presentations, and collaborative work efforts. The requested solution must function as a comprehensive conferencing platform accessible via web, video, and phone interfaces, supporting high-quality voice calls, videoconferencing, and an intuitive user experience comparable to systems deployed by similar-sized organizations. The product must accommodate web conferencing services for meetings, demonstrations, remote support, and training sessions, with capabilities including audience presentations, polling questions, single-interface audio control, application and desktop sharing, and participant chat functions. Additional requirements include mobile device accessibility across standardized operating systems, browser-based administrative and user access without requiring specific software installations, and compatibility with Windows 2003 and higher environments.
The solution must demonstrate robust data handling capacity for millions of records and incorporate internal security mechanisms with multi-level user authorization and access controls. The product should support versioning with available patches and upgrades, include online tutorials and user manuals, offer ease-of-use with screen and application sharing capabilities, maintain numerous concurrent sessions without service degradation, provide session storage and retrieval functionality, and integrate with Google applications. The system must deliver rich feature sets enabling diverse user communities to select desired functions on a per-session basis. No specific pricing information, contract term, renewal options, set-asides, incumbent vendor information, or funding sources are detailed in this exhibit document.
