About this file

This is an Exhibit B document outlining conferencing and collaboration services requirements for the State of Colorado's Office of Information Technology (OIT) and State Agencies. The State seeks an enterprise audio and web conferencing collaboration tool that enables desktop and application sharing, remote presentations, and collaborative work efforts. The product must be accessible via web, video, and phone with high-quality voice capabilities, support intuitive user experiences, and facilitate easy scheduling and conducting of meetings, demonstrations, remote support, and training sessions. Required functionality includes audience presentations with polling capabilities, single-interface audio control, application and desktop sharing, chat features, and mobile device access across standardized operating systems. The tool must be accessible through standard-compliant browsers without requiring specific product installations and must operate in Windows 2003 and higher environments while handling extreme data volumes.

The product must include internal security with multi-level user and administrative access controls, support versioning with patches and upgrades, provide online tutorials and user manuals, and offer numerous concurrent sessions without service degradation. Additional capabilities include session storage and retrieval, Google integration, and rich feature sets allowing users to customize desired functions per session. The document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, renewal options, incumbent vendors, funding sources, or budget amounts, as this exhibit focuses exclusively on technical and functional requirements for the conferencing and collaboration services.
