About this file
Exhibit C is a pricing template for a Chiller and Ventilation Maintenance contract opportunity in West Virginia. The pricing sheet solicits bids for maintenance services on Bryan Boilers, AutoFlame Controls, and Systecon Pumps equipment. Bidders are required to provide unit prices and total costs for preventive maintenance (as outlined in Exhibit A), corrective maintenance covering all chiller system components including pumps, motors, fans, and condensers, technician hourly labor rates for an estimated 50 hours, apprentice hourly labor rates for an estimated 25 hours, parts costs with a multiplier applied to an estimated $15,000 baseline, and trip charge costs for an estimated number of trips. The form requires bidders to calculate a parts markup multiplier by converting a bid markup percentage to a decimal and adding it to 1.00, with an example provided showing a 10% markup converting to a 1.10 multiplier.
The pricing template is structured to capture comprehensive labor and material costs associated with both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Bidders must complete all pricing fields, sign the form, and provide their name, signature, and email address. The corrective maintenance scope is characterized as all-inclusive of all HVAC cooling system components, indicating a comprehensive service requirement. No specific contract term, renewal options, set-asides, award date, or site visit requirements are identified in this pricing exhibit.
