About this file

This is a Performance Requirements Summary exhibit that outlines the quality control standards and surveillance methods for a pest control services contract at Fort Riley, KS. The document details four key service requirements with their associated performance standards, acceptable quality levels (AQL), and proportional contract values.

The requirements include: 1) Pesticide Usage Reporting Forms with 5% AQL and 2% of contract value, requiring detailed documentation of all pesticides used; 2) Scheduled Services with 1% AQL and 5% of contract value, focusing on pest control according to quality standards; 3) Service Orders with 1% AQL and 5% of contract value; and 4) Wood Destroying Insects (termites) Treatments with 1% AQL and 10% of contract value, requiring standard industry techniques and a five-year warranty against reinfestation.
