Summary: RFP Response Requirements for Ticketing Solution
This document is a response requirements guide issued by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for RFP No. E17-062-OP, soliciting proposals for a cloud-based (SaaS) ticketing software solution for its Peck School of the Arts theater and additional venues. The RFP comprises 16 total documents, and vendors must download and review all materials without modifying the original RFP documents. Proposers must submit exactly 10 required documents plus one optional document as their formal response, utilizing only UWM-provided forms and avoiding submission of vendor proprietary templates or the original RFP document itself.
The required submission documents include the RFP Cover Sheet with yes/no responses, signed acceptance of UWM's terms and conditions (Exhibit B), a detailed cost proposal (Exhibit C) where the lowest-cost proposer receives full points and others receive proportional scoring, responses to quality questions (Exhibit D), a signed proforma contract (Exhibit E), a narrative solution description with specific equipment make and model information (Exhibit F), a maintenance program description with sample agreement (Exhibit H), completed information security documentation (Exhibit I), completed vendor information and reference sheets listing at least three similar-scope projects, and an optional confidential information designation form. Responses should be emailed to uwmbids@uwm.edu with "RFP E17-062-OP" in the subject line. Any objections to UWM's terms and conditions will result in a 100-point penalty, and acceptance of vendor-proposed terms is at UWM's sole discretion.
