About this file

This is an Excel price offer sheet for a General Contractor bidding on a GSA Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services in the D.C. Metro Area (Solicitation Number 47PH5226R0003). The bid sheet template is designed for offerors to submit pricing for general construction, repair, alteration, and modernization services at federally owned and leased locations.

The pricing structure establishes a total direct cost of $1,288,151.95, comprised of $193,222.78 in general conditions and $1,094,929.17 in cost of work. Offerors must provide fully-loaded hourly rates for eight supervision labor categories: Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Scheduler, Quality Control Manager, Field Engineer, Safety Manager/Officer, and Cost Estimator. The sheet requires input of home office overhead and profit percentages, bonds and insurance costs, and an annual escalation rate applicable to option periods. All markup rates established at contract award become the maximum allowable rates for future task order modifications, with specific constraints including a 10 percent combined ceiling on overhead and profit for tier 1 and 2 subcontractors at 50 percent of the prime contractor's negotiated rates. The template automatically calculates the total evaluated price across the base year and four option years, with escalation applied to labor categories for each exercised option period.
