Site operations may create odors or emissions that in turn, may create a nuisance.

The Contractor shall take whatever steps are necessary to abate any nuisance including, but not limited to:

1. Maintaining adequate ventilation within demolition area or implementation of other control measures necessary to prevent accumulation of construction equipment engine exhaust emissions within work area.

2. Prevention of surface water run-on and run-off from debris stockpiles.
