About this file
This is a Supplementary General Conditions document for the Mopac Print Shop Upgrades Services contract opportunity in Texas. The document outlines two primary contractual requirements that the contractor must satisfy during the contract term.
The contractor is required to obtain and maintain umbrella liability insurance coverage equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract sum, including any selected alternate pricing amounts. This umbrella coverage must be at least as broad as the primary liability coverages and apply in excess of and follow form of those primary coverages. The policy must include "drop down" coverage provisions to ensure protection when underlying primary insurance coverage limits are insufficient or exhausted. Additionally, liquidated damages have been established at $660.00 per calendar day, representing the predetermined compensation for any delays or failures in contract performance.
