1. How many are calibrated per month, quarter, etc?

Answer: Calibrations are done on an annual basis. There will not be a set number of calibrations per month, since it depends on when the equipment was last calibrated.

2. How often are service visits requested?

Answer: Currently service of the equipment is sent to the vendor for repair. Calibration should be requested yearly for each piece of equipment and repairs will be requested as needed.

3. Is the assumption that these will be shipped out to the facility and shipped back to TCEQ or must they be calibrated on site?

Answer: TCEQ pays for freight to the vendor for calibration and the vendor is responsible for return shipment to the regional or headquarters office depending on where the equipment is located.

4. If these are shipped out, what's the requested turnaround time?

Answer: 2-3 Weeks.

5. Can shipping be a separate fee or must it be included in the bid price?

Answer: Shipping charges should be included in the calibration costs in the RFB response.

6. 15 is the total amount of meters correct?

Answer: Correct.
