About this file
This document outlines the specifications for the annual factory calibration and preventative maintenance on Landtec GEM 5000 Portable Gas Analyzers for a state or local government contract opportunity. The scope of work includes instrument inspection, calibration of various gas measurements, oxygen cell programming, water trap kit replacement, firmware updates, and replacement of sensors and other components as needed. The calibration must be performed according to the manufacturer's protocols using traceable equipment, and a signed Statement of Calibration must accompany each calibrated instrument. If any mechanical issues are discovered that would affect the calibration, the vendor must provide a written quotation to the customer prior to servicing the instrument.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the provision of these calibration services for GEM 5000 and GEM 5000 Plus devices in the state of Texas. The contract does not specify any additional details such as quantities, response dates, award dates, or contract term.
