About this file

Quotations will be evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis, and vendors must demonstrate experience, personnel qualifications, technical capability, and response capability to perform the work described in the Statement of Work. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a non-responsive determination.

The qualification criteria are divided into three categories. Qualification Criterion No. 1 requires vendors to submit a brief company profile and a minimum of three comparable traffic safety engineering or traffic consulting projects completed within the last five years, with details including customer name, project description, contract value, period of performance, services performed, and customer contact information. Qualification Criterion No. 2 requires resumes for the proposed Project Manager/Project Lead and all key personnel, a copy of the Project Lead's current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and demonstration that the Project Lead possesses a minimum of five years of traffic engineering and traffic safety experience. Qualification Criterion No. 3 requires vendors to describe their firm's capabilities to perform traffic studies, roadway safety evaluations, field observations, engineering analyses, traffic control reviews, and preparation of technical memoranda and engineering recommendations, identify software, tools, or methodologies used for traffic engineering analyses, and provide one redacted sample traffic study, technical memorandum, or engineering report.
