About this file

This document contains multiple Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for a federal contract opportunity related to a Facility Exhaust System acquisition. The CDRLs outline the required data items and deliverables the contractor must provide, including design drawings, test plans and reports, risk assessments, design review data packages, project schedules, management plans, site preparation status reports, and small business utilization reporting.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the design, procurement, and installation of a facility exhaust system at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The proposed delivery period is three years from award, and the government is seeking firm-fixed-price proposals. The solicitation includes detailed evaluation criteria and proposal preparation instructions. Comments are requested from industry on the clarity of the tasks, evaluation criteria, and completeness of the instructions to enable a highly competitive and fair acquisition environment.
