About this file

This document is the L-5 Subcontractor Consent Letter, which is an attachment to the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the Facility Exhaust System effort under solicitation FA9101-25-R-B001. The purpose of this letter is to obtain consent from joint venture partners or major subcontractors to allow the prime contractor to discuss their past performance information with the government during the source selection process. This is necessary because the government cannot disclose a subcontractor's past performance information to a private party like the prime contractor without the subcontractor's consent. Subcontractors are requested to complete and submit this consent letter as part of the Past Performance volume of the proposal.

JOINT VENTURE PARTNER/SUBCONTRACTOR CONSENT LETTER

FOR THE RELEASE OF PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

TO THE PRIME CONTRACTOR

Past performance information concerning joint venture partners/subcontractors cannot be disclosed to a private party without the joint venture partner’s/subcontractor’s consent. Because a prime contractor is a private party, the Government will need that consent before disclosing joint venture partners’/subcontractors’ past and present performance information to the prime contractor during exchanges. In an effort to assist the Government’s past performance evaluation team in assessing your recent past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following consent letter be completed by the joint venture partners/major subcontractors identified in your proposal. The completed consent letters should be submitted as part of your

Past Performance Volume.
