About this file
This document is the Technical Requirements Attachment for a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Facility Exhaust System acquisition at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The acquisition is for the design, procurement, and installation of an exhaust system at the facility. To access the technical requirements document, companies must be certified contractors in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) and provide their approved DD Form 2345 to the Contracting Officer. The draft RFP describes the desired three-year delivery period and the Government's intent to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Government is seeking industry feedback on the clarity of the tasks, the evaluation criteria, and the proposal preparation instructions in order to finalize the solicitation documents and create a competitive acquisition environment.
