guidance: 11A. Classified contract performance is restricted to Department of Justice (DOJ) facilities. The highest level of classified information to be accessed for the contract is Top Secret/SCI. Approximately 13 Secret, 140 Top Secret and 8 Top Secret/SCI proximity clearances will be required for the performance of this contract. The contractor will provide cleared personnel adequate for the operational needs of the contract. Actual knowledge of, generation, or production of classified information is NOT REQUIRED. This document serves as written notice of the letting of a classified service contract.

The DOJ shall adjudicate the background investigation for SCI proximity access in accordance with the guidelines established by the DCI and SCI proximity access accordingly. Contractor personnel shall be briefed by DOJ SSC prior to SCI proximity access.
