Although the target audience is Small Business, other than Small Businesses may participate.

The Virtual Industry Day will consist of a general session, followed by one-on-ones with DHA GSP Program Management Office Officials and the Contracting Officer. Session details are as follows:

General Session: Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. EDT One-on-One Meetings: Wednesday-Thursday, September 8-9, 2021 (as scheduled, based on availability, not to exceed one 30-minutes session per interested company).

Note: Those companies who responded to the July 29, 2021 Problem Statement will be given priority for One-On-One scheduling, however interested companies should still reply indicating interest in participating in this event.

BACKGROUND:

The Department of Defense (DoD) began a multi-year transition of Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) from the military departments to the DHA for the purposes of implementing an integrated system of readiness and health required by sections 702 and 703 of the FY 2017 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and updated in sections 711 and 712 of the FY 2019 NDAA. Consistent with NDAA mandates, DHA established the Military Health System (MHS) Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) initiative to provide a framework for transforming MHS IT from the current decentralized model to centralized management and coordination with distributed delivery. The MHS EITS strategy includes three major components: EITS Integrator (EITSI), Capability Service Providers (CSPs), and GSPs (GSPs are the focus of this Industry Day).

***Refer to July 29, 2021 GSP Problem Statement posting for details on the Problem Statement & scope of requirements. ***

REQUESTED INFORMATION:

Interested companies should fill out the GSP Industry Day Fillable Form and email it to Mr.

Rieper. Companies that responded to the previous GSP Problem Statement do not need to complete the form and may simply send an email to Mr. Rieper expressing their interest in this event. Only one request per company will be accepted and alternative formats are not desired.
