About this file
This pre-solicitation briefing presentation outlines the key details of the Defense Health Agency's upcoming solicitation for Geographic Service Providers. The acquisition will result in multiple award IDIQ contracts with a total ceiling value of $2.4 billion over a 10-year ordering period. The scope includes IT services across seven areas such as network operations, identity management, and telecommunications. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses and will utilize a self-assessment evaluation approach without pricing at the IDIQ level. Proposals are due by October 31, 2022 and awards are targeted for December 2022. Task orders will be competed among IDIQ holders on a FFP or T&M/LH basis. The presentation provides additional details on acquisition timelines, industry engagements, solicitation components including special terms and conditions and OCI considerations, the basis of evaluation and award, and proposal instructions.
