The required data item is a Cybersecurity Assessment Report (Data Item A006) focused on recurring vulnerability scans and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs). The requirement references DI-MGMT-82002, SOO/PWS Section 4.4, and the requiring office is 45 CES and 45 CES/CEF. The contractor must deliver ongoing Cybersecurity Implementation Plan assessments, automated vulnerability scans, and remediation tracking to validate security controls defined under CDRL A004 (DI-MGMT-82000A) and maintain the system's Authority to Operate (ATO). Deliverables must include completed DISA STIGs checklists in .ckl format for twelve (12) workstations with physical proof of OS and application-level hardening; monthly Nessus Scans in raw .nessus format covering 100% of IP-connected console devices executed remotely; quarterly SCAP compliance scans for all operating systems; configuration data validation reports and software integrity check metrics; and monthly Excel-compliant POAM registers tracking open findings, contractor mitigation plans, and scheduled remediation dates. The initial baseline report submission is due fifteen (15) calendar days after physical console installation (Block 12 - DACIP), with government review and written comments due within ten (10) calendar days. Subsequent submissions are monthly for scans and POAM updates due by the 10th business day of each reporting month for twelve (12) months (Year 1 only), quarterly SCAP scans due by the 10th business day of each quarter, and corrected reports due within ten (10) calendar days of receiving government comments. All deliverables must be in Microsoft Word/Excel or print-ready PDF format, with scanning and STIG files in raw native formats (.nessus, .ckl). Distribution includes five (5) copies each to 45 CES/CEF, 45 CES/SCS, 45 CONS/PKB, 45 CES/CEOR, and 45 CES/CEOER.
