About this file
This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which specifies a single data item requirement for the MCC7500 EoL Console Upgrade contract awarded to CONS @ AWD. The data item, designated A005, requires the contractor to deliver "Product Drawings and Associated Lists" with the subtitle "As-installed" Customized Documentation. The requirement is based on SOO/TRP Section 4.2 and Section 6, with authority from NSIS-S1000F/Tailored standards. The requiring office is 45 CES/CEF, with point of contact William Goehl.
The contractor must deliver a complete, synchronized set of as-built customized documentation serving as the master engineering and logical record of the final configuration of twelve Command/Central AXS dispatch consoles following turn-key installation and cutover. Deliverables include as-built physical drawings showing exact rack space and slot layouts, workstation floor-plan footprints, wiring and cabling schematics with end-to-end routing and connection maps, logical configurations including switch/router scripts and IP address spreadsheets, and backup/system recovery images with licensing records. All text and schematic documents must be provided in high-resolution PDF format, while physical, wiring, and cabling diagrams must also be delivered in editable native vector format (AutoCAD .dwg or Microsoft Visio .vsd). The draft documentation is due thirty days after successful system cutover and acceptance, with government review and comments within fifteen calendar days, and final approved documentation due within ten calendar days after receipt of government comments. Distribution is to five addressees: 45 CES/CEF, 45 CES/SCS, 45 CONS/PKB, 45 CES/COR, and 45 CES/CEOER, with one copy each of draft and final versions. The submission frequency is once, as of Block 16, with an estimated total price of $550.
