About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), documenting a single data item requirement for the MCC7500 End-of-Life Console Upgrade contract with CONS @ AWD.

The required data item is the AXS System/Install and Integration Plan (SIP), identified as Data Item A002, which must define step-by-step physical and logical procedures for safely installing, configuring, integrating, and cutting over twelve CommandCentral AXS dispatch consoles without causing operational downtime to 24/7 emergency dispatch services. The plan must address specific facility integration constraints including centralized architecture backrooming integration with detailed routing and mounting procedures, zero-latency testing for KVM extenders separating processing units from Human-Machine Interface peripherals on dispatch floors at Building 1319 and Building 49750, traditional workstation UPS configuration at Building 710, E-911 system integration and radio arbitration testing for Vesta R7 telephone platform compatibility, and safe shutdown and transfer of legacy MCC7500 console components. The contract reference is SCOT/PWS Section 4.2, with the requiring office identified as SLD 45/CEF (Attn: William Goehl) and the Data Acquisition Document Authority as DEMGMT-80033A. Submissions are required once, with a draft due to the Government no later than thirty days before site installation start and a final submission due within ten calendar days after Government review comments are received. Distribution includes 45 CES/CEF, 45 CES/SCS, 45 CONS/PKB, and 45 CES/CEOR, with one copy each of draft and final versions. Acceptable formats include Microsoft Word, Project, or PDF, with security classification and distribution markings to conform to contract requirements.
