Item 18. For each data item, enter an amount equal to that portion of the total price which is estimated to be attributable to the production or development for the Government of that item of data.

These estimated data prices shall be developed only from those costs which will be incurred as a direct result of the requirement to supply the data, over and above those costs which would otherwise be incurred in performance of the contract if no data were required. The estimated data prices shall not include any amount for rights in data. The Government's right to use the data shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the contract.

remarks: Use/relationship: The Contractor shall submit a comprehensive System Design Description and Facility Layout drawing package. This data deliverable must define the final physical, electrical, and logical network architecture of the twelve (12) CommandCentral AXS dispatch consoles across the three specified sites.

The design package must detail the following engineering configurations:

1.) Centralized Architecture ("Backrooming") Drawings (Bldgs 1319 and 49750):

- Detailed rack elevation drawings of the designated communications/server rooms showing the exact rack space, power distribution (UPS), heat loads, and mounting profiles for all processing equipment (Console PCs, UPS units, and switches).

- Workstation footprint drawings of the physical dispatch workstations showing monitor mounting, peripheral layouts (touchscreens, keyboards, foot-switches, headsets), and KVM receiver/transmitter integration.

- Cabling and connectivity schematics for the KVM extenders between the server room and the dispatch workstations.

2.) Traditional Workstation Layout Drawings (Bldg 710):

- Physical workstation configurations showing localized mounting of all processing equipment and UPS units directly at the dispatcher stations due to distance limitations.

3.) Logical Network Architecture:

- Logical network diagrams showing IP addressing, network switches, routing pathways, and logical boundaries connecting directly to the overarching proprietary Air Force ASTRO® 25 IP transport network.

- Detailed logical schematics of the native interface with the existing Vesta R7 radio arbitration phone system.

4.) Security & Cryptography Hardening Design:

- Physical and logical integration architecture of the Internal Hardware Security Module HSM) for FIPS 140-3 Level 3 end-to-end encryption.

- Operating System security baseline/STIG configuration design.

Format:

(a) Contractor format is acceptable. Drawings must be provided in high-resolution vector PDF and editable CAD/Visio format. Textual specifications shall be in Microsoft Word or PDF.

(b) Security classification and distribution markings shall conform to the requirements of the contract, purchase description and security requirements checklist, as applicable.
