MACA = Months After Contract Award
The Government will notify the vendor 30 days prior to the beginning of the next Option Period should the Government intend to exercise unilateral rights for continued performance.
Notification may be by letter or formal contract modification.

The Government may order CLINs at any time after Contract award and will be funded on a yearly or monthly basis per funding availability. The Government is not obligated to exercise all
CLINs at the time of exercising an option period.
F.3 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
The effort required by this contract will be performed at various locations to include, but not be limited to, Contractor Facilities, William J. Hughes Technical Center, and FAA Headquarters, Washington DC.
F.4 DELIVERABLES
The Contractor must prepare and submit all deliverable items within the timeframe specified in the Attachment J-4 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), the delivery order, or Task Order
(TO). On each deliverable, the Contractor must reference the CDRL number, title, revision number (if applicable), the reporting period covered by the deliverable (if applicable), and the date of publication. Deliverables must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer’s
Representative (COR) unless otherwise specified within the delivery or TO.
When the Government identifies revisions required to CDRLs that are subject to Government approval, the Contractor must update the CDRLs accordingly and resubmit revised versions at no additional cost to the Government.
F.5 KEY MILESTONE SCHEDULE
The table below defines key dates critical to achieving the CSS-FD In-Service Decision (ISD).
The Contractor must plan all work activities to support the achievement of these programmatic milestones.
[Note: Offerors are required to propose dates for the milestones listed in the table below.
Offerors may also propose additional milestones and planning dates. The Government and the selected Contractor will determine the milestones and planning dates that will be incorporated into the contract at award.]
