About this file

This document is a draft Question Matrix for the second draft Screening Information Request (SIR) for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Common Support Services - Flight Data (CSS-FD) program. The draft SIR is for information and planning purposes only and is not a guarantee that a Final SIR will be released.

The draft SIR provides instructions for interested parties to submit responses in writing by December 23, 2024 to the Contracting Officer. Responses will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released, except as required under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals, and will not pay for any information received or administrative costs incurred in preparing responses. The draft SIR is still in draft form and subject to change. Any proprietary or confidential information must be appropriately marked. Providing a response does not qualify or exclude respondents from responding to a resulting Final SIR.
