About this file

This document is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) attachment for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Common Support Services - Flight Data (CSS-FD) program. It defines the key performance measures, acceptable performance levels, data sources, and surveillance methods that will be used to evaluate the contractor's performance.

The PRS covers various software development and testing milestones for the Flight Data Services (FDS) and Flight Plan and Flight (FP&F) components, including requirements reviews, software design reviews, development testing, and site acceptance testing. It also indicates that additional performance measures may be added, and that the FAA reserves the right to adjust the weightings of the performance measures. The PRS is referenced in the related draft Screening Information Request (SIR) for the CSS-FD program, which is a pre-solicitation announcement providing information for planning purposes. The SIR states that responses will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released, except as required under the Freedom of Information Act.
