About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's (FDIC) National Conference Room Audio Visual Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The solicitation seeks a contractor to transform conference rooms across multiple FDIC regional offices, with an initial Task Order focused on the Atlanta location at 10 10th Street NE. The BOA covers hardware, software, and services for audio/visual upgrades in conference rooms, with pricing structured across five years and multiple room configurations (Mobile, Small, Medium, Large), and requires detailed pricing submissions in an Excel workbook.

Key solicitation details include a proposal due date of 1 p.m. EDT on October 15, 2025, with a site visit for the Atlanta Regional Office scheduled for August 26-27, 2025. The procurement involves comprehensive audio/visual system upgrades, requiring offerors to provide labor rates for key personnel categories including Program Manager, Solution Architect, Installer/Engineer, and Programmer across eight FDIC locations. Offerors must complete specific pricing templates, with potential task orders spanning multiple years and room configurations, and must comply with detailed site-specific requirements for installation, staging, and workplace conduct across various FDIC regional offices.
