About this file

This document is an Amendment to a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) solicitation for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for transforming conference rooms across multiple regional offices into state-of-the-art training and collaboration centers. The BOA seeks to upgrade audiovisual systems in approximately seven specialized rooms, 30 large rooms, 138 medium rooms, 25 small rooms, and 50 mobile systems across FDIC locations including Washington DC, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, New York, and San Francisco.

Key details include a proposal due date of October 15, 2025, with oral presentations expected around 21 calendar days after the solicitation closing. The project requires comprehensive audiovisual solutions including Cisco Webex Workspace or equivalent systems, multi-platform meeting capabilities (Webex and Microsoft Teams), voice-lift technology in specialized and some large rooms, dual displays in most room types, and wall-mounted schedulers. The BOA will be awarded using a best-value evaluation process considering prior experience, mission capability, past performance, and pricing, with Task Order 1 focusing on the Atlanta regional office. Contractors must provide all necessary licensing, equipment, installation services, project management, training, warranty coverage, and ongoing maintenance support.
