About this file

This is a Common Carrier Attestation form required by Pinellas County, Florida for the Solid Waste Administration Building HVAC Renovation project (ITB-C #26-0394-ITB-C). The attestation mandates that contractors executing the form certify compliance with Florida Statute 92.525 and section 908.111, attesting that they will not willfully provide services to transport unauthorized aliens into Florida during the contract term, except to facilitate detention, removal, or departure from the state or United States. An authorized representative of the contracting entity must complete the attestation under penalty of perjury, providing their printed name, signature, date, Federal Work Authorization User Identification Number, and the associated Pinellas County contract name and number. The form must be executed by a representative with authority to bind the contractor to its provisions.

The County reserves the right to terminate the associated HVAC renovation agreement for cause if the contractor is found in violation of the Common Carrier Attestation. This attestation is a mandatory compliance requirement for all bidders on the project, and the contractor bears responsibility for ensuring full adherence to the stated conditions throughout the 365-day contract performance period. Failure to comply with the attestation terms subjects the contractor to contract termination without the need for additional cause documentation beyond the violation itself.
