About this file
This document is a Combined Operations and Maintenance Price Proposal Sheet for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's facility management services. The pricing template covers a base period from February 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, with five subsequent option periods extending through January 30, 2031, for building operations, maintenance, and electrical support services across multiple facilities including the Museum campus, Ross Administrative Center, Office Suite at Portals III, and the Shapell Center in Bowie, MD.
The proposal requires offerors to provide detailed cost breakdowns for different locations and service components, including optional positions like a second electrician and facility logistics coordinator. The pricing sheet also mandates separate documentation for reimbursable costs such as overtime and holiday pay, with specific provisions for Yom Kippur maintenance projects and additional federal holidays. Offerors are instructed to allocate costs between different campuses and provide transparent pricing for each period, with a focus on maintaining high standards of facility operations, artifact protection, and visitor safety.

Pricing Sheet Combined Museum Operations and Maintenance Contract Pricing Proposal
Note: Due to multiple funding sources, offeror's are asked to break out their financial proposal between the Museum campus and the Shapell Center. Offeror's may choose to list shared costs in a separate column or provide back up on how the costs have been allocated between the campuses. If offeror's financial proposals would include the use of reimbursable costs (i.e. overtime), they must include a separate spreadsheet detailing the costs for the base and each option period, and if applicable, provide costs for each trade and/or shift, overtime, or holiday rate.
