About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to a contract for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM). The Q&A addresses technical details about facility equipment, maintenance responsibilities, and contract terms. Key points include:

The responses cover various technical systems and maintenance requirements, such as the status of a reverse osmosis system, CRAC units, dry coolers, evaporation units, and condensing units. The museum clarifies that some equipment like the heat exchanger is not in use, while others are maintained by either the O&M contractor or third-party contractors. Additional clarifications include the phase-in period being part of the base contract period, confirmation of third-party subcontractor badging practices, and a note that there is no updated Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Local 26.
