RE: Hillsborough River State Park- Stationary Bridge TA #42, (Proj. # 61401) TA #16 Expiration
Dear Mr. Goss, Engineering Solutions
JGP Structural Group, Inc. (JGP) is providing this letter to address the expiration of the task assignment and yet to be completed subtasks for the project. While our design and permitting services are complete, the previously noted and yet to be completed subtasks (5 and 7) will be required to complete the project. It appears the TA for this project expired on 4/25/2022. We believe a duration of 180 days would be prudent for the new TA for this project.
The total amount, including change orders for this project (TA #16) was $49,480.46. We have completed, billed and have been paid for subtasks 1 through 4 and subtask 6, totaling $24,716.00. The remaining portion to be completed and billed consists of subtasks 5 (CA $5,939.40) and 7 (Hydraulic Analysis-$18,825.06), which total $24,764.46.
If you have any questions or require additional information regarding this letter, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Sincerely, JGP Structural Group, Inc. (FL License 9611)
