About this file
This document comprises a Task Assignment Change Order and related scope of services for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Professional Services Contract No. BS136 with Atkins North America, Inc. The change order, dated June 24, 2022, extends the contract period by 53 days from the original completion date of June 30, 2022, to August 22, 2022, for database maintenance and support services. The contract is managed by FDEP Contract Manager Genita Alexander and Atkins North America representative Charlotte Maddox, PE.
The scope of work involves the development of a comprehensive MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) GIS inventory for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, encompassing non-mapped Phase I and Phase II outfalls and stormwater facilities. The project is structured in five tasks: Task 1 addresses data review and validation of non-GIS Phase II outfalls; Task 2 involves data transfer of GIS Phase I and II outfalls and stormwater facilities into the geodatabase; Task 3 covers geodatabase population of non-GIS features; Task 4 encompasses quality control and quality assurance activities; and Task 5 provides not-to-exceed funds for database maintenance and optional support services. The fixed-price compensation totals $239,073.93, with a fee schedule component of $19,987.42, for a total task assignment value of $259,061.35. This amount remains unchanged by the change order, which is classified as a no-cost time extension to accommodate database maintenance activities identified within Task 5. All deliverables, including the updated GIS geodatabase and related documentation, are to be provided to FDEP by August 22, 2022.
