Many of the grants are listed below but support under this TA may include other grants as directed by the FDEP Contract Manager.

The total time may be divided among more than one staff provided each project is tracked by employee. Additional hours beyond the 15 hours/week can be approved by the Department Contract Manager as needed to complete the assigned work. Unused monthly budget amounts may be used in future months but the project total budget cannot be exceeded without a change order. Travel for training, meetings, and any other project-related travel may be conducted under this task at the Department’s request and approval.
Specific tasks to be conducted by the contractor’s FTE under this task include:
• coordination with grant applicants (contractor and its FTE will not represent themselves as grant managers or as Department employees)
• initial review of grant deliverables
• initial review of grant invoices
• reporting.
Beginning with the first invoice period after task execution and with every invoice period thereafter, Atkins will provide a monthly progress report by email to document current status and progress made on projects and grants assigned, brief description of work performed, problems encountered and actions needed to resolve, and proposed work for the next period of performance.
Project Schedule
The proposed scope of work will begin immediately upon notice to proceed (NTP). It is anticipated that work under this Task will proceed until March 12, 2025.
Project Deliverables, Costs, and Invoicing Compensation shall be cost reimbursement (time and materials) and invoiced based on monthly milestones. Staffing rates used to establish the fee in this task order will be based on the billing rates established for the Professional Services Contract No. BS136 (Attachment A). Atkins staff will comply the proper travel policy as required by the master services agreement BS136 including use of the FDEP travel rates and travel forms (Authorization to Travel, Request for Advance, and Reimbursement Voucher).
