About this file

This document is a Minimal Acceptable Standards specification for a bakery table with drop leaves, part of a Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) procurement for wooden display fixtures. The specification details a bakery table designed for 360-degree patron self-service, with precise dimensional requirements of 78 inches long/wide, 37 inches deep, and 28 inches high. Key characteristics include oak construction, a moisture-resistant protective sealant, a removable top shelf, side drop leaves, 2 swivel and 2 locking casters, and plastic bumpers.

The specification includes several contractor requirements: the table must be shipped pre-drilled and ready to assemble, delivered with a point of contact for service, installation and operating instructions, and a parts list. The table must be light oak in color, with a one-year warranty covering parts, service, and labor. The contractor must also provide continued parts support for the equipment's projected life cycle plus 5 years. The document is part of a pre-solicitation (HQC004-25-Q-E014) for wooden display fixtures across various commissary locations, with interested vendors directed to contact Tammy Torres via email.
