The agreement excludes management and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
The agreement establishes comprehensive employment terms including compensation, benefits, work schedules, and employee protections. Wage rates with 5% increase in 2024, 5.50% in 2025, and 5.50% in 2026 are specified for positions including Supply Technician ($41.23-$45.89/hour), Material Coordinators ($33.81-$38.91/hour), Warehouse Specialists ($29.54-$32.72/hour), truck drivers, general clerks, stock clerks, and computer operators. Employees receive a $1.50/hour shift premium for swing and graveyard shifts. Health and welfare benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life/AD&D insurance through the Labor Alliance Managed Trust Fund, with the employer paying $12.75 per hour in fringe benefits effective October 1, 2024, increasing $0.60 annually through 2026. The agreement covers standard provisions including normal work schedules (five 8-10 hour days), overtime calculations, vacation accrual (0.0385-0.0963 hours per hour worked depending on seniority), sick leave (0.029125 hours per hour worked, capped at 56 hours annually with a catastrophic sick bank), holiday pay, bereavement leave, family and medical leave, and jury duty pay. Disciplinary procedures are codified with Group One violations subject to immediate termination and Group Two violations resulting in progressive discipline. The agreement includes grievance and arbitration procedures, union security and checkoff provisions, layoff and recall procedures based on seniority, and restrictions on strikes and lockouts. Additional provisions address safety equipment, shop stewards (maximum three unless mutually agreed), call-in pay (minimum four hours), reporting pay requirements, leave without pay options, and temporary promotions for up to 180 calendar days.
