About this file

This is a Cost Schedule document for RFP BRDCOM-S3666 issued by the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners for CPA and Bookkeeping Services. The Board seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive accounting services including monthly financial reviews, quarterly unaudited financial statement preparation, annual operating budget and multi-year forecast development, and audit liaison responsibilities. Bookkeeping services include daily transaction processing, check and ACH/wire/EFT transaction recording, accounts payable and receivable management through Airtable, and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. The question deadline is February 27, 2026, with answers posted by March 6, 2026; proposals are due March 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. References must be submitted by March 10, 2026. Evaluation occurs March 11-17, 2026, with notice of intent scheduled for March 18, 2026, and notice of award anticipated April 13, 2026. The contract term is two years, subject to Board of Examiners approval, with a proposed start date of June 9, 2026.

The Cost Schedule template requires vendors to provide position-specific hourly rates for CPA and Bookkeeping Services positions with detailed notes regarding any variations or special considerations subject to state approval. Each project element will be scoped and billed as individual Service Agreements requiring Board of Examiners approval. Vendors must provide total estimated annual costs, financial statements for two full years plus interim statements, Dun and Bradstreet numbers, and client references from similar projects within the last five years. The evaluation criteria allocate 40% to Company Experience and Qualifications, 25% to Audit Response Experience for Government Entities, 20% to Technology and Systems Experience, 5% to Responsiveness and Accessibility, and 10% to Cost Proposal/Fee Structure, with financial stability assessed on a pass/fail basis. No specific budget range or estimated annual contract value is disclosed in the solicitation documents. The State applies a five percent preference to Nevada-based businesses and an inverse preference to out-of-state vendors whose home states apply preferences not afforded to Nevada vendors.
