Offerors may select one of three options: certify that the company does not participate in and will not participate in a boycott of Israel during the contract term; declare that the company does participate in such a boycott; or claim exemption if the solicitation or contract has an estimated value under $100,000, the contractor is a sole proprietorship, the contractor has fewer than ten employees, or the contractor is a non-profit organization. The disclosure form specifies that "company" is defined as an organization with ten or more full-time employees engaged in for-profit activity, and the certification excludes boycotts otherwise prohibited under 50 United States Code Section 4842. All responses become public record in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code Rule 2-7-C317.
