About this file
This document contains the required submission forms for solicitation BPM007069 issued by the Arizona Game and Fish Department (AGFD) for the purchase of Pat-Trap trap machines or equivalent units, parts, and accessories on an as-needed basis. AGFD currently operates seventeen Pat-Trap SW Series machines and seeks to establish a contract that may be awarded to one or multiple suppliers or by individual line item, at the State's discretion. Offerors must submit all required documentation through the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP), including the Offer and Acceptance form, Designation of Confidential Information form, Subcontractor disclosures, References, and Pricing Proposal. The submission package requires identification of three professional references from the western United States with experience providing similar services, and all subcontractors and material suppliers must be identified for approval before utilization.
Pricing submissions must include unit pricing for new Pat-Trap Brand or Equivalent machines (BABAA compliant), freight costs per machine, and percentage discounts for parts, accessories, tools, and trap/machine equipment. Additionally, offerors must provide catalog discount rates for parts and accessories compatible with Pat-Trap SW Series machines. AGFD is not tax-exempt, and offerors must declare their applicable tax rate percentage. All submissions must comply with Arizona's anti-discrimination laws, executive orders, and regulations regarding forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs. Offerors may designate proprietary or trade secret information as confidential in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R2-7-103, provided they include supporting documentation explaining why such information qualifies for confidential treatment. Failure to submit all required documents may result in bid rejection, and bidders are cautioned not to commence billable work until receiving written notice to proceed from AGFD Procurement.
