About this file
This solicitation amendment represents the third revision to Request for Quotation BPM006714, issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services Office of Procurement for pipette calibrations, maintenance, and repair services required by the Arizona State Public Health Laboratory (ASPHL) and the Radiation Measurement Laboratory (RML). The amendment establishes Round 4 for Lot 1 of the solicitation and revises multiple sections of the original RFQ, including the Requirements and Scope of Services (Sections 3.2-3.6), Tasks (subsection 4.1.5), and Quotation Requirements (subsections 9.3.3.1 through 9.3.3.18). The amendment modifies the Items Tab in the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP), revising the first ten line items and adding eight new line items (11-18). Bidders are required to acknowledge the amendment electronically within APP and submit their responses in the current round; failure to do so may result in rejection of their quote. All changes within the solicitation are marked in red for easy identification.
The solicitation seeks a single contractor to provide comprehensive pipette calibration, maintenance, and repair services for single and multi-channel pipettes used in laboratory operations meeting CLIA, ISO/IEC 17025, and EPA standards. No specific pricing terms, set-aside designations, incumbent vendor information, or contract award dates are detailed in this amendment document. Bidders are responsible for regularly monitoring the APP website for all solicitation amendments and must review the complete solicitation documentation to understand the full scope of requirements, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria. The procurement officer responsible for this solicitation is Karla Varela.
