About this file
This is Addendum #2 to Bid 22-15, issued by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) in Georgia on October 14, 2021, for the School Nutrition Program (SNP) Large Kitchen Equipment annual contract. The addendum clarifies specifications for Item #5, specifically the CresCor RO151FWUA18DE equipment, and responds to questions submitted by potential bidders. The document requires acknowledgment of receipt on the Bid Certification Form (Form 2), with failure to acknowledge resulting in a non-responsive bid status. All other terms and conditions from the original solicitation remain unchanged.
Regarding pricing terms, the District requires all pricing to remain firm for a 12-month period effective from contract execution. The addendum specifically addresses bidder inquiries regarding the ability to implement quarterly price increases based on factory increases and clarifies that such provisions are not acceptable; firms must commit to fixed pricing for the full 12-month period. Failure to maintain firm pricing for this duration may result in bid disqualification.
