About this file
This document is an Annex C - Transportation Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) detailing specific quality standards and performance metrics for transportation and logistics services. The document covers multiple operational areas including transportation general services, personal property operations, passenger movements, and fleet management operations, with each section outlining precise timeliness and quality standards measured through random sampling and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
Key performance requirements include processing shipment applications, counseling customers, conducting quality control inspections for personal property movements, processing commercial invoices, managing GSA vehicle logistics, and handling travel and transportation requests. The performance standards mandate specific timeframes for completing tasks, such as submitting documents within 3-5 business days, meeting customer travel requirements, and maintaining high accuracy levels ranging from 90-100% AQL across different operational domains. The document provides a comprehensive framework for measuring and ensuring quality and efficiency in transportation-related services.
