About this file
This document is an Annex B - Supply Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) for the U.S. Army's Installation Supply and Services Division (ISSD), specifically covering Central Issue Facility (CIF) Storefront Operations and Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) management. The CIF Storefront section outlines requirements for processing Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) services, including soldier record processing within 5 working days, supporting retained issue for active-duty soldiers, accepting OCIE turn-ins, reporting excess items to the Central Management Office, and conducting annual 100% inventory control checks.
The HAZMAT section details guidelines for Hazardous Material Control, including processing and labeling materials through the Enterprise Environmental & Safety Occupational Health-Management Information System (EESOH-MIS), storing items with hazard classification, managing shelf-life of materials, and preparing expired Class III (P) products for recycling. Both sections use random sampling methods with Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) ranging from 90-100%, and reference multiple Army regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with standard operating protocols for supply and hazardous material management.
