About this file

This document includes a past performance questionnaire for contractors bidding on a renovation project opportunity with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The opportunity involves renovating three inpatient wards at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. The construction cost range is between $5 million and $10 million. A solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The tentative solicitation date is August 10, 2020, with proposals due around September 10, 2020. The anticipated contract award date is approximately 30 days after receipt of proposals. The contract performance period is 810 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Interested contractors must verify their service-disabled veteran-owned small business status and register in the System for Award Management database. The past performance questionnaire requires references to evaluate and rate the contractor's previous project performance.
