7.18.6: Cleanliness and Sanitation X
7.18.7.1: Clean waste collection and storage areas. X 7.18.7.5: Collect and remove all trash and other waste to accumulation areas (dumpsters). X
7.18.9: Sweeping/Dust Mopping X
7.18.10: Vacuum all carpets and rugs. X
7.18.10: Remove all marks from baseboards and furniture. X 7.18.11: Spot Cleaning X
7.18.12: Low Dusting/Cleaning X 7.18.12.2: Clean furnishings including but not limited to desks, chairs, filing cabinets, computer stands and book cases. X 7.18.12.3: Remove trash and debris within ten (10) feet of building exteriors, landings, steps and sidewalks. X 7.18.12.3: Clean external features such as stairs, stoops, landings, loading docks, walls, handrails, light fixtures and sidewalks adjacent to and within ten (10) feet of the building.
X 7.18.12.4: Clean corridor, lobies, entrance walls, doors, door frames and door glasses. X 7.18.12.4: Clean/Polish door handles, plates, miscellaneous hardware and bright metal work? X 7.18.13: High Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces between seven (7) and twelve (12) feet above floor. X
7.18.14: Clean interior/exterior surfaces of elevators. X
7.18.15: Damp mop floors that have been dust mopped . X
