This document is Attachment N, a Technical Proposal Response form for the Janitorial Services RFP No. 26-76111500-RFP issued by the Florida Department of Management Services. The RFP seeks to establish a State Term Contract for janitorial services with the intent to make multiple, statewide awards, though the Department reserves the right to award to one or multiple respondents on a statewide or regional basis, or to make no award. Respondents must submit a single PDF document containing their entire response, regardless of the number of counties bid, and must adhere to strict formatting requirements with no cover pages, cover letters, tables of contents, or materials outside specified character limits. The form requires responses to three prompts: Prompt 1 addressing relevant experience in janitorial services (10,000 character maximum), Prompt 2 describing the proposed solution for fulfilling scope of work requirements including contractor duties, safety requirements, and service requirements (10,000 character maximum), and Prompt 3 detailing staffing ability including overall staffing levels, employee count, staff experience, supervisor-to-employee ratios, and employee-to-subcontractor ratios (10,000 character maximum).

Respondents must provide detailed descriptions of their experience providing janitorial services to both private and governmental entities within the past five years as prime contractors, along with details for at least three representative facilities of similar scope, including facility types, square footage serviced, operating schedules, and start and end dates. Responses must be submitted via the MyFloridaMarketPlace Sourcing Event in the SAP Business Network, with vendors responsible for monitoring the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) throughout the procurement process. The document does not specify pricing terms, response deadlines, award dates, contract term, renewal options, or any set-asides.
