About this file

This file is a Certification of Drug Free Workplace form required for the Janitorial Services RFP issued by the Florida Department of Management Services. The certification document serves as a compliance requirement for vendors responding to this statewide solicitation for janitorial services. The Department intends to make multiple awards on a statewide basis, though it reserves the right to award to one or multiple respondents by region or to make no award as deemed in the State's best interest. Vendors must submit responses through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Sourcing Event via the SAP Business Network and are required to monitor the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) throughout the procurement process. All communications with the Procurement Officer, Chris Molina (Christopher.Molina@dms.fl.gov), must include the solicitation number in the subject line.

The Drug Free Workplace certification is a mandatory compliance document that vendors must complete and submit as part of their proposal package. This requirement ensures that all contractors maintain a drug-free workplace in accordance with applicable Florida regulations and federal guidelines. Vendors must certify their commitment to maintaining a drug-free work environment as a condition of eligibility for contract award. Any protests concerning the agency's decision must be filed with the Department of Management Services, Office of the General Counsel, within the timeframe prescribed under Florida Statutes Chapter 120, and failure to file a timely protest constitutes a waiver of proceedings.
